List 5 health risks of overfatness.
List 10 health activities to do instead of eating.
Explain the difference between saturated fat and unsaturated fat.
List 5 ways to fat out of your diet.
What are the 13 vitamins that must be obtained from the diet and what food (s) supplies them?
