- Position Description: Resonsible for completing foster and/or adoptive home studies for the purpose of recommending licensure or certification of prospective foster families. this position assesses, writes home studies, evalautes and preapres eligible foster families and may rcommend additional counseling or training. May also be responsible for training classes or helping in the training classes of foster families.
This is a part-time/work agreement position, serving a caseload of families in the West Valley. Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor?s degree in social work, family and marraige studies, psychology, child development or related fields and a minimum of one (1) year?s experience in child welfare, preferably in licesning foster families.
