The solution? The study recommends we ?.. strengthen schools as the heart of health.? KFIT Health is helping students take control of their health. Wednesday, May 23, 2012 Los Angeles youth fitness specialist Anna Renderer will workout with the second graders in Mrs. Pond?s class at Golden Avenue Elementary. The children will get their own exercise dvd, Jumpstart Your Health and a health journal. The goal ?to have fun and learn how much fun it is to exercise.
