LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - On a Sunday night that saw television usage decline more than 7 percent across the board, ABC's "Once Upon a Time" shared the top ratings spot with CBS' "Amazing Race" and Fox's "Family Guy" despite hitting a series low, while ABC pulled an overall ratings win for the evening, according to preliminary numbers.
